Age Verification: Providing false information regarding your age is a serious violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud under Philippine law. pointsbet will void all bets and forfeit all winnings associated with any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active pointsbet account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pointsbet will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
You must notify pointsbet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. pointsbet reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorized access.
pointsbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other violation of these Terms or applicable law.
pointsbet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction.
Deposits are generally credited to your pointsbet account instantly or within a short processing period depending on your chosen payment method. pointsbet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network issues outside our control.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in your account dashboard. pointsbet reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. pointsbet does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which pointsbet accepts no responsibility.
pointsbet may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pointsbet's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
